Vividdriver's services are designed around the everyday needs of Mombasa residents and the businesses that serve them. Whether you need a scheduled appointment for a personal matter, a product recommendation from someone who has used it themselves, or a straightforward service you can trust to be done right the first time — this is where to start. We keep our offering focused deliberately: we'd rather do a handful of things exceptionally well than attempt everything and disappoint you. Below you'll find the three areas where we spend most of our energy and where we're confident you'll find real value.
Book a time that works for your day. We offer flexible morning and afternoon slots Monday through Friday, plus Saturday mornings for those who can't get away during the week. Each appointment is confirmed by a personal call or message from our team — not an automated notification — so you know a real person has your slot reserved. Cancellations and reschedules are handled without fuss, provided we get at least four hours' notice.
We curate a small, well-chosen range of products suited to daily life on the Kenyan coast. Every item on our shelves has been reviewed by someone in the family before we stocked it. Ask us anything about a product — how it performs in high humidity, whether it needs maintenance, or how it compares to alternatives — and you'll get a straight answer, not a sales pitch. We don't push products you don't need.
Sometimes you just need someone experienced to sit with you, understand the situation, and give you an honest opinion. Our one-on-one consultation sessions are available by appointment and last up to 45 minutes. We cover your specific circumstances, outline realistic options, and tell you clearly if something is outside our expertise so you know exactly where to go next. We charge a fair flat rate; no hidden extras.

We don't have an online booking portal yet — we prefer the human touch of a quick call to make sure the timing genuinely suits you.
Currently we serve Mombasa and the immediate coastal area. Deliveries to Kwale, Kilifi, and nearby towns are possible on a case-by-case basis — call us to check. We don't ship nationally at this stage, and we'd rather be honest about that than promise something we can't deliver reliably.
No problem at all. Give us at least four hours' notice and we'll move your slot to any available time at no charge. Last-minute changes on the same day may incur a small rebooking fee — we'll always explain this clearly before confirming.
Our service rates are set and posted clearly — we don't believe in quote-on-application tactics that waste your time. Products are priced at the shelf price with no hidden extras. For larger or longer-term arrangements, contact us and we can discuss what makes sense.
